摘要 采用光学显微镜、扫描电镜和力学性能测试等研究了不同含量稀土元素Ce对汽车气门弹簧钢65Si2CrV组织性能的影响。结果表明:当Ce质量分数为0.0039%时,实验钢中的珠光体片层间距最小,淬火、回火组织达到最细,强度和塑性均得到提高,力学性能最好;当Ce的质量分数达到0.0079%时,实验钢的组织开始出现粗化,力学性能下降。因此,适量Ce的添加能够实现显微组织的细化以改善气门弹簧钢的强度和塑性,过量则会导致组织粗化并伴有力学性能的下降。 The effects of different contents of rare earth element Ce on microstructure and properties of automobile valve spring steel 65 Si2 CrV were studied by means of optical microscope, scanning electron microscopy and mechanical properties test. The results show that when the mass fraction of Ce is 0.0039%, the pearlite interlamellar spacing of the experimental steel is the smallest, the quenching and tempering microstructure is fine, the strength and plasticity are improved, and the mechanical properties are the best. When the mass fraction of Ce reaches 0.0079%, the microstructure of the experimental steel begins to coarsen and the mechanical properties decrease. Therefore, the addition of appropriate amount of Ce can realize the refinement of microstructure to improve the strength and plasticity of the automobile valve spring steel 65 Si2 CrV and excessive amount of Ce will lead to microstructure coarsening and the decrease of the mechanical properties.
