摘要 SUP9A钢板弹簧在台架疲劳试验中出现断裂,为分析开裂产生的原因,寻找预防措施,采用断口观察、化学成分测试、力学性能测试、微观组织检验等方法对开裂样品进行检验和分析。结果表明:热处理时产生的裂纹是钢板弹簧疲劳试验断裂的主要原因;由于原材料中存在网状铁素体和晶粒粗大,为此在淬火过程中产生裂纹,因此应制定严格的原材料验收标准,提高原材料质量。 SUP9A leaf spring cracked in the process of bench fatigue test.In order to analyze the causes of fracture and find preventive measures,fracture samples are inspected and analyzed by means of fracture observation,chemical composition test,mechanical property test and microstructure examination.The results show that the crack produced during heat treatment is the main reason for the interruption of the fatigue test of leaf spring.The existence of network ferrite and coarse grain in the raw material lead to the crack in the quenching process.Strict acceptance standards should be formulated to improve the quality of raw materials.
