摘要
某空气悬架导向臂经过70万次台架疲劳试验后发生了断裂。本文采用扫描电子显微镜、光谱仪、金相显微镜、洛氏硬度计等设备,对导向臂疲劳试验过程中的断裂原因进行了分析。结果表明导向臂的断裂失效属于疲劳断裂,断裂的主要原因是导向臂存在淬火开裂缺陷,该缺陷作为疲劳试验过程中的裂纹源,加速了疲劳断裂过程。
An air suspension guide arm was broken after 700,000 bench fatigue tests.By means of scanning electron microscope,spectrometer,metallographic microscope,Rockwell hardness tester and other equipments,the guide arm fracture reason in the process of fatigue test was analyzed.The results showed that the fracture failure of the guide arm was fatigue fracture,the main reason of fracture was the quenching crack defect of guide arm,as the crack source,the quenching crack accelerated the fatigue fracture process.
