提高云南某超贫微细赤铁矿选矿回收率的研究 被引量:3

摘要 云南某超贫赤铁矿含铁品位低,主要目的矿物赤铁矿嵌布粒度微细,选、冶难度大。选厂原有选矿工艺流程为弱磁-强磁,铁精矿产品TFe品位仅为51.27%,回收率仅为52.17%。工艺流程优化后,通过增加摇床重选,有效地提高了强磁精矿的品位;增加浮选,有效回收了强磁精选尾矿中微细粒赤铁矿。通过上述技改,铁精矿TFe品位达到60%,较改造前提高了8.73个百分点;选矿回收率达到72.59%,较改造前提高了20.42个百分点。 A certain ultra-low-grade hematite in Yunnan has low iron grade,and the dissemination of the main target mineral hematite is quite fine,making it difficult to be processed.The original beneficiation process of the beneficiation plant is weak magnetic-strong magnetic,the TFe grade of the iron concentrate product is only 51.27%,and the recovery rate is only 52.17%.After the optimization of the technological process,the grade of the high intensity magnetic separation is effectively increased by shaking table.The fine-grained hematite in the tailings of high intensity magnetic separation is effectively recovered by flotation.Through the above technological innovation,the TFe grade of the iron concentrate is up to 60% which is increased by 8.73 percentage points and the recovery ratio of the iron concentrate is 72.59% which is increased by 20.42 percentage points compared with that before technological innovation.
