摘要 介绍了磁聚机的结构及磁团聚重选新工艺特点、磁场特性、选别原理及其应用效果。经过多年的生产实践表明 ,磁团聚重选新工艺有效解决了单体有用矿物与贫连生体的分离问题。在保持相同磨矿粒度的条件下 ,可提高铁精矿品位 2个百分点左右 ;在保持相同铁精矿品位条件下 ,可放粗粒度 ,并提高球磨机台时处理能力。该新工艺是选矿厂提铁降硅及实现提高铁精矿品位的有效手段 ,可进一步大力推广应用。 The structure of magnetic agglomeration gravity separator and the characteristics, properties of magnetic field, separation principles and the application effect of the magnetic agglomeration gravity separation process are described. Many years' production practice has shown that this new process has effectively solved the separation problem of free valuable mineral from lean intergrowth. With the grinding fineness remaining unchanged, the grade of iron concentrate can be raised by about 2% and with the same grade of concentrate, the feed can be coarser, raising the unit throughput of ball mill. This new process is an effective means for the iron increase and silica decrease of concentrators and for realizing the improvement of iron concentrate grade, being worth further spreading.
