铁矿资源开发利用评价指标体系研究 被引量:7

摘要 我国铁矿资源储量大、分布广、品位低,开发利用难度较大。通过分析2018年我国铁矿资源开发利用现状,针对我国资源特点,采用专家打分法遴选了13个指标,对铁矿资源开发利用水平进行综合评价,并采用TOPSIS法确定各指标权重,发现开采回采率达标程度、选矿回收率达标程度是对铁矿资源开发利用水平影响最大的指标。根据评价结果,从标准、技术、政策等方面提出了促进铁矿资源开发利用水平的建议,对提高我国铁矿资源节约集约利用具有重要的参考意义。 China’s iron ore resources have large reserves,wide distribution and low grade,with difficulty in development and utilization.Based on the analysis of the current development and utilization situation of iron ore resources in China in 2018,according to the characteristics of China’s resources,the expert scoring method was used to select 13 indicators to comprehensively evaluate the development and utilization level of iron ore resources.And TOPSIS method was used to determine the weight of each index.It was found that the degrees of compliance on mining recovery rate and the beneficiation recovery rate were the most influential indexes on the development and utilization level of iron ore resources.According to the evaluation results,suggestions are put forward to promote the development and utilization level of iron ore resources from the aspects of standards,technologies and policies,which has an important reference for improving the economical and intensive utilization of iron ore resources in China.
