摘要
在对国家标准(GB/T8573-2017)方法进行部分优化的基础上,采用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱(ICP-OES),测定了四川烟区常用的9种复混肥料的有效磷(P2O5)含量。结果表明:(1)有效磷(P2O5)标准曲线相关系数r均大于0.999,方法检出限为0.049mg/L,方法精密度为0.36%;(2)两个浓度水平P2O5的添加条件下,方法回收率范围为102.18~105.41%;(3)9个烟用复混肥料有效磷(P2O5)的含量和绝对差值均符合国家标准要求。
Partially optimizing the method of national standard,GB/T8573-2017,inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometer(ICP-OES)was used to determine the contents of available phosphorus(P2O5)in nine kinds of common tobacco compound fertilizers in Sichuan tobacco planting areas.The results showed that:(1)the correlation coefficients(r)of the standard curves were greater than 0.999,the detection limit and the precision of the method were 0.049 mg/L and 0.36%.(2)the recovery range of the method was 102.18%-105.41% under the condition of adding P2O5 at two concentration levels.(3)the contents and absolute differences of the available phosphorus(P2O5)in the nine kinds of tobacco compound fertilizers met the requirements of national standard.
