在食品安全检测工作中,化学检测技术是一种常见的检测手段,本文将针对化学检测中的光谱检测、色谱检测、生物-化学检测、固相萃取技术进行应用分析,并结合当前食品安全检测中存在的问题,提出化学技术应用的注意事项以及有效提升食品安全检测水平的措施。
