摘要
根据X射线无损检测图像三维重建理论,设计了一种可视化的三维重建软件。首先分析了X射线数字图像三维重建基本原理,制定了三维重建软件的总体设计方案;然后研究了软件的关键技术,包括X射线图像预处理、角度已知时的三维重建算法和角度未知时的三维重建算法;最后通过Matlab GUI平台设计X射线无损检测图像三维重建软件,并针对电力金具碗头挂板的X射线图像重建其三维模型。通过零件实物与重建模型进行对比,从模型形状和模型尺寸两方面验证软件的可靠性。
According to 3D reconstruction theory of the X-ray nondestructive testing images,a kind of visible 3D reconstruction software is designed.Firstly,the basic theory of 3D reconstruction with X-ray digital images is analyzed,and the holistic software design of 3D reconstruction is made.Then the pivotal techniques of the software are analyzed,including preprocessing of X-ray images,theory of the 3D reconstruction algorithm with angles and without angles.Finally,using the platform of Matlab GUI,3D reconstruction software of X-ray nondestructive testing images is designed,and the 3D models of bowl-head hanging plate,a kind of the electrical components,are reconstructed by 3D reconstruction software according to X-ray images.Comparing the shape and size of the models to entitative components,the reliability of software is proved.
