摘要
目的探究延伸护理对日间化疗患者的影响。方法自该科室2018年12月—2019年12月接受日间化疗患者中,选出82例进行研究,行常规护理与延伸护理的两组患者分别为对照组(41例)与观察组(41例),对比两组患者血常规指标及QLQ-C30评分。结果对照组患者护理前的红细胞、白细胞等血常规指标,无异于观察组,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);对照组经护理,红细胞、白细胞等血常规指标,相比于观察组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组患者护理前,QLQ-C30评分(53.12±7.64)分,无异于观察组,差异无统计学意义(t=1.026,P>0.05);对照组患者经护理,QLQ-C30评分(73.96±12.43)分,低于观察组,差异有统计学意义(t=3.413,P<0.05)。结论日间化疗患者给予延伸护理措施,对患者血常规指标与生活质量具有明显的改善作用。
Objective To explore the impact of extended care on patients with daytime chemotherapy. Methods From December 2018 to December 2019 in the department, 82 patients who received day chemotherapy were selected for the study. The two groups of patients who received routine care and extended care were the control group(41 cases) and the observation group(41 cases), compare the blood routine indexes and QLQ-C30 scores of the two groups of patients.Results The blood routine indicators such as red blood cells and white blood cells of the control group before nursing were no different from the observation group(P >0.05);the control group received care, the blood routine indicators such as red blood cells and white blood cells were compared, the difference was significant(P<0.05).The QLQ-C30 score(53.12±7.64)points of the control group before nursing was no different from the observation group(t=1.026, P>0.05);the control group received care, QLQ-C30 score(73.96 ±12.43)points, which was lower than the observation group,the difference was statistically significant(t =3.413, P <0.05). Conclusion The extended nursing measures for patients with daytime chemotherapy can significantly improve the blood routine indicators and quality of life of the patients.
