摘要
目的探讨肿瘤放疗护理中实施一体化管理理念对提高护理工作效率的效果。方法选取本院收治的82例肿瘤患者随机分成观察组和对照组,各41例。对照组放疗治疗期间实施常规护理管理模式,观察组放疗治疗期间实施一体化管理模式,观察两组护理效果。结果观察组护理工作优良率为95.12%,显著高于对照组(78.05%,P <0.05)。观察组心理、生理、社会支持、情绪各方面评分均显著高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论肿瘤放疗护理中,应用一体化管理理念可显著提高肿瘤放疗护理工作效率。提高患者的生活质量。
Objective To explore the effect of implementing integrated management concept in improving the efficiency of nursing work in tumor radiotherapy nursing. Methods Eighty-two tumor patients received from our hospital were randomly divided into observation group(41 cases)and control group(41 cases). In the control group,the routine nursing management mode was implemented during radiotherapy treatment,and the observation group received an integrated management mode during radiotherapy treatment. The nursing effects of the two groups were observed. Results The excellent and good rate of nursing work in the observation group was 95.12%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(78.05%,P<0.05). The scores of psychological,physiological,social support and emotion in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion In the radiotherapy nursing of tumors,the application of integrated management concept can significantly improve the efficiency of tumor radiotherapy care. To improve the quality of life of patients is worthy of clinical promotion.
