摘要
目的分析院内延伸护理对肿瘤放化疗患者生存质量的影响。方法 58例恶性肿瘤患者为研究对象,随机分为研究组和对照组,每组29例。对照组患者给予常规护理模式,研究组患者给予延伸护理模式,观察并比较两组患者接受护理后的护理效果。结果研究组不良反应发生率为6.90%,明显低于对照组的27.59%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者生存质量评分均明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论给予放化疗肿瘤患者延伸护理措施,能够有效降低不良反应发生情况,提高患者的生存质量,值得临床推广使用。
Objective To analyze the influence of nosocomial extended nursing on life quality of tumorpatients with radiotherapy and chemotherapy.Methods A total of58malignant tumor patients as study subjectswere randomly divided into research group and control group,with29cases in each group.The control groupreceived conventional nursing mode,and the research group received extended nursing mode.Nursing effect wasobserved and compared in two groups.Results The research group had obviously lower incidence of adversereactions as6.90%than27.59%in the control group,and the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).Theresearch group had obviously better life quality score than the control group,and the difference had statisticalsignificance(P<0.05).Conclusion Extended nursing can effectively reduce occurrence of adverse reactionsof tumor patients with radiotherapy and chemotherapy and improve their life quality.So it is worthy of clinicalpromotion and use.
