摘要
为了分析长三角铁路网的运行效益,该文建立了基于数据包络分析(DEA)加权的灰色关联分析和多层感知器(MLP)的组合评测模型。第一步以DEA加权的灰色关联度作为铁路网综合评价值,第二步将其作为MLP的输出层,建立可以根据铁路相关变量预测铁路网运行效益的MLP。在时间维度上研究长三角铁路网运行效益变化,在空间维度上和其他地区铁路网进行比较。结果表明,长三角铁路网近十年来运行效益增长显著,与国内其他地区相比处于领先地位,其中铁路运营里程是影响铁路网运行效益最重要的因素;铁路网运输对象倾向于旅客时,铁路网运行效益会更高。
A combination evaluation model based on data envelopment analysis(DEA)-weighted gray correlation analysis and multilayer perceptron(MLP)is established to analyze the operational efficiency of the Yangtze River Delta railway network.Firstly,the DEA-weighted gray correlation degree is used as the comprehensive evaluation value of the railway network.Secondly,it is used as the output layer of the MLP.The MLP is established to predict the operational benefit of the railway network based on the railway-related variables.The operational efficiency changes of the Yangtze River Delta railway network is studied in the time dimension,and it is compared with other regional railway networks in the spatial dimension.The results show that the Yangtze River Delta railway network experiences significant growth in operational efficiency in the past decade,and it is in a leading position compared with other parts of the country.The mileage of railway operation is the most important factor affecting the operational efficiency of the railway network.When the railway network transport object tends to be passengers,the railway network have higher operational efficiency.
