摘要
高速铁路列车开行方案是高铁旅客运输组织的核心,而列车开行方案评价是调整开行方案的重要依据和参考。成网条件下,为优化运输组织,提高路网资源利用效率和经济效益,本文从本线列车和跨线列车的差异化特征出发,建立高速铁路列车开行效率效益评价指标体系,构建BP神经网络评价模型对列车开行效率效益进行评价。以京沪高铁为例,评价得出列车开行效率效益评分,发现高评分列车,本线车含62.5%,跨线车含55.5%;低评分列车,本线车含18.75%,跨线车含38.89%。表明与跨线列车相比,本线列车开行效率效益较高。该结果可为高速铁路列车开行方案优化提供理论指导和决策依据。
The train operation plan of the high-speed railway is the core of the high-speed railway passenger transportation organization,and the evaluation of the train operation plan is an important basis and reference for adjusting the operation plan.Under the condition of network formation,in order to optimize the transportation organization and improve the utilization efficiency and economic benefits of road network resources,this paper starts from the differentiated characteristics of trains on this line and cross-line trains,establishes an evaluation index system for the efficiency and benefits of high-speed railway trains,and constructs a BP neural network.The evaluation model evaluates the efficiency and benefit of train operation.Taking the Beijing-Shanghai highspeed railway as an example,the evaluation obtained the efficiency and benefit score of train operation,and found that the high-scoring trains included 62.5%of the trains on this line and 55.5%of the cross-line trains;Low-scoring trains include 18.75%for local trains and 38.89%for cross-line trains.It shows that compared with the cross-line trains,the trains on this line have higher running efficiency and benefit.The results can provide theoretical guidance and decision-making basis for the optimization of high-speed railway train running plan.
