摘要
研究目的:铁路枢纽总图规划是《中长期铁路网规划》的重要支撑,铁路枢纽总图总体格局在具体总图规划实际操作中较难把握,本文通过对2002年启动的相关铁路枢纽总图规划背景及优缺点分析、对我国经济社会结构现状分析、发展趋势进行分析和展望,分析枢纽总图规划与城市经济社会发展关系,重点探讨大型铁路枢纽总图规划中的枢纽合理研究范围以及枢纽环形线路、编组站、客运站、综合物流基地布局方案、总体格局,以期为铁路枢纽总图规划研究方向提供借鉴。研究结论:(1)枢纽总图格局规划与城市经济社会发展规划联系紧密;(2)正确解读国家层面以及所在枢纽城市的经济社会中长期发展规划对于做好枢纽总图规划非常重要;(3)枢纽总图规划范围可以适当突破行政区划限制;(4)规划年度路网构成及新线客运专线、城际铁路大量增加,枢纽总图格局需将客运系统格局规划提高到一个新的层次;(5)该研究成果可供铁路枢纽及铁路地区总图规划、站场及枢纽设计参考。
Research purposes： The general layout planning of railway hub is the important support of ＂ mid -long term railway network plan＂. The general layout planning of railway hub is difficult to be operated in the specific hub design. Through the analysis of the backgrounds, advantages and shortcomings of the general layout planning of railway hubs based on 2002 edition and the analysis of current situation, development trend and future prospects of social - economic structure in China, the paper summarizes the relationship between the general layout planning of railway hub and social - economic development of the city. This paper emphatically discusses the rational range of study in planning of railway hub, the layout of ring line, marshalling station, passenger station, comprehensive modern logistic park, and general configuration of the railway hub as well, to provide reference for research direction of general layout planning of railway hub. Research conclusions： （ 1 ） The general layout planning of railway hub is closely related to the planning of the urban economic and social development. （2） It is very important to interpret correctly the mid - long term development plan of the nation ＆ city＇s social - economic development. （ 3 ） The planning scope of the general layout of railway hub can appropriately break through the administrative divisions. （4） In planning year, the layout planning of passenger transport system should be improved to a new higher level in the general layout of railway hub, where more and more high - speed railways and intercity railways will appear in line composition of railway hub. （5） The research results can provide a reference for general layout planning of railwav huh and design of railway station and hub.
