摘要
该文认为妇产科护理工作纠纷发生的原因包括妇产科护理人员工作积极性较差、妇产科护理人员服务态度恶劣、妇产科护理人员道德水平欠佳等。并指出要避免妇产科发生医患纠纷,就要不断提高护理人员的服务质量,提高护理人员道德修养,还要注重提升护理人员护理操作能力以及法律知识的普及,从而为患者提供周到、全面的孕期知识健康宣教,提高患者及家属的自我护理能力,改善患者的不良情绪,提高服务质量。
The quality and level of obstetrics and gynecology care must be improved.In order to avoid medical disputes in obstetrics and gynecology,provide patients with better quality care.The causes and preventive measures of medical disputes and medical accidents in obstetrics and gynecology require the attention of medical staff.The causes of nursing disputes in obstetrics and gynecology include poor work enthusiasm and poor service attitude of obstetrics and gynecology nurses,gynecology and obstetrics nurses have poor moral standards,etc.to avoid doctor-patient disputes in the obstetrics and gynecology department,it is necessary to continuously improve the service quality of the nurses,improve the moral training of the nurses,and pay attention to improving the nursing operation ability and legal knowledge popularization of the disease,so as to provide patients with thoughtful and comprehensive pregnancy knowledge and health education,improve the self-care ability of patients and their families,improve patients'unhealthy emotions,and improve service quality.
