摘要
妇产科是高风险科室,其医疗事故发生率一直居高不下。通过对某市2007~2009年发生在妇产科的52例医疗事故鉴定案例争议原因进行统计和分析,并提出筹建等级预警模式、加强职业道德建设、重视知识技能培训、建立奖惩激励机制、构建医疗事故分析体系等对策,以期降低妇产科医疗事故的发生。
Obstetrics and gynecology is a high risk department,the incidence rate of medical malpractice is always very high.The debate causes of 52 cases of obstetrics and gynecology medical malpractice happened in a city are analyzed.Countermeasure to decrease the incidence rate of medical malpractice,include building early level mode of warning and the strengthening of professional ethics,the importance of knowledge skills training,the establishment of reward and punishment mechanism,construction and other medical analysis system as well are discussed.
