摘要
目的为解决脊柱肿瘤发病率快速增长与脊柱肿瘤外科医生的稀缺及培养困难相矛盾的问题,提出新的有效的教学方法。方法在以病例为基础的教学模式指导下,初步探索了运用新型MR沉浸式课堂教育为主同时辅助以个性化3D打印模型局部增强的新型教学方法对于脊柱肿瘤外科年轻医生培养的可行性。之后通过有声思维法、书面测验及学生满意度问卷评估教学效果。结果接受新型教学方法的学生其在有声思维法、书面测试中成绩明显优于传统教学组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。同时该组学生对教学满意度更高。结论这种“虚拟+局部增强”的教学课堂改革,很好的克服了传统脊柱肿瘤外科教学中的诸多缺点。
Objective In order to solve the contradiction between the rapid increase in the incidence of spinal tumors and the scarcity and difficulty of training spinal tumor surgeons,a new and effective teaching method is proposed.Methods Under the guidance of a case-based teaching model,we initially explored the feasibility of using new MR immersive classroom education while assisting with the local enhancement of personalized 3D printing models for the training of young doctors in spinal tumor surgery.After that,the teaching effect is evaluated through the voice thinking method,written test and student satisfaction questionnaire.Results The students who received the new teaching method performed significantly better than the traditional teaching group in the voice thinking method and written test,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).At the same time,students in this group were more satisfied with teaching.Conclusion This"virtual+local enhancement"teaching class reform has overcome many shortcomings in traditional spinal tumor surgery teaching.
