摘要
目前我国恶性肿瘤的发病率呈逐年上升趋势,恶性肿瘤诊疗形式严峻,虽然新的诊疗手段层出不穷,新的诊疗指南不断被发表推广,但在肿瘤整体治疗过程中依然缺乏规范性、个体性及综合性。随着现代医学的发展,恶性肿瘤的治疗进入个体化、规范化、综合化治疗时代,多学科团队诊疗(multidisciplinary team,MDT)模式已成为恶性肿瘤综合治疗的标准模式,培养一批高素质、综合能力强的肿瘤学外科专业人才显得尤为紧迫。本文从MDT诊疗实践出发,阐述MDT模式在临床教学中延伸应用的具体方式及意义,通过MDT教学培养医学生以患者为中心的规范化、个体化、综合化诊疗理念,提升医学生的临床诊疗思维和诊疗能力。
Currently,the incidence of malignant tumors in China is increasing.The situation of diagnosis and treatment of malignant tumors is severe.Although new methods of diagnosis and treatment are emerging one after another,and new guidelines for tumors are being published and promoted,there is still lack of normalization and individuality in the overall treatment of tumors.With the development of modern medicine,the treatment of malignant tumors has entered the era of individualized,standardized and comprehensive treatment.The multidisciplinary team(MDT)model has become the standard model for comprehensive treatment of malignant tumors,to cultivate a group of professional oncology surgery with high-quality and integrative competence is particularly urgent.Based on the practice of MDT diagnosis and treatment pattern,this article aims to describe the specific ways and significance of MDT mode in clinical teaching.Through the MDT-teaching,the medical students will be trained the concept that all patients should accept standardized,individualized and integrated diagnosis and treatment.MDT-teaching pattern is designed to expand clinical thinking and enhance the ability of clinical diagnosis and treatment.
