摘要
多学科综合诊疗是疾病的新型诊疗模式,可加强学科间协作,提高疾病诊断准确度,制定个性化治疗方案,有助于提高医疗质量。但该模式仍有一定不足之处,存在准备不充分、工作模式单一、针对病种较少、医务人员积极性不高。针对上述问题提出改进措施,完善准备工作,进行有效沟通及合作,创新综合诊疗模式,并扩大该模式的适用范围,调动医务人员的积极性。
Multidisciplinary comprehensive diagnosis and treatment is a new diagnosis and treatment model of diseases,which can strengthen interdisciplinary collaboration,improve the accuracy of disease diagnosis,and formulate personalized treatment plans,which will help improve the quality of medical care.However,this model still has certain shortcomings,such as insufficient preparation,single work mode,fewer disease types,and low enthusiasm of medical staff.In response to the above problems,improvement measures should be put forward,preparations should be improved,effective communication and cooperation should be carried out,comprehensive diagnosis and treatment models should be innovated,and the scope of application of this model should be expanded to mobilize the enthusiasm of medical staff.
