摘要
目的:探讨3D打印技术结合数字化设计辅助手术治疗复杂胫骨平台骨折的临床效果。方法:选取2017年8月至2018年8月广西北流市人民医院收治的40例胫骨平台严重骨折患者,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组20例。观察组采用3D打印技术结合数字化设计辅助手术,对照组采用传统手术。比较两组手术治疗效果。结果:两组均顺利完成手术。观察组手术时间、术中出血量均明显少于对照组(均P<0. 01)。术后随访10~12个月,两组患者均能骨性愈合,且观察组Rasmussen膝关节功能评分明显高于对照组(P<0. 01)。结论:3D打印技术联合数字化设计辅助手术治疗复杂胫骨平台骨折,能明显缩短手术耗时,减少出血量,并可明显缩短康复时间。
Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of 3D printing combined with digital design in the treatment of complex tibial plateau fractures. Methods: A total of 40 patients with severe fractures of the tibial plateau in our hospital from August 2017 to August 2018 were selected,and randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,with 20 cases in each group. The patients in the observation group received 3D printing technology combined with digital design auxiliary operation,and those in the control group received traditional operation. The treatment effect of the two groups was compared. Results: The operation was successfully completed in both groups. The operation time and intraoperative blood loss volume in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0. 01). After 10 to 12 months,the score of Rasmussen knee joint function in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0. 01). Conclusion: 3D printing technology combined with digital design could notably shorten operation time and recovery time,and reduce the amount of bleeding in patients with severe fractures of the tibial plateau.
