摘要
实现高质量经济增长是江苏当前经济发展的重要议题,而人力资本和产业经济升级的协调发展是实现经济增长的“四位协调”之一。本文着重以人力资本投入对产业结构高级化的影响为研究对象,剖析人力资本与产业结构四位协调的实现机制,并提出构建江苏省自主可控先进产业体系的政策建议。
To achieve high-quality economic growth is an important issue in Jiangsu's current economic development,and the coordinated development of human capital and industrial economic upgrading is one of the four coordinators to achieve economic growth.This paper focuses on the impact of human capital investment on the industrial structure to high-level development as the research object,to analyze the implementation mechanism of the four-part coordination between human capital and industrial structure,and then puts forward the policy suggestions on the construction of Jiangsu province's independent and controllable advanced industrial system.
