摘要
本文利用1998年、2008年和2017年“广州市老年人口生活状况调查”的原始数据,在一般性地考察变化及其影响因素的基础上,重点分析老年人养老方式选择意愿的时期效应。研究表明:1998-2017年间,广州老年人的养老方式选择意愿出现了明显的多样化、独立性特征,在向居家养老回归的同时,对自我养老的认同持续、明显增加;同时,个人特征、健康禀赋、社会经济特征、居住安排、家庭成员及代际关系等对其皆有显著影响。而且,随着时间的推移,与子女或孙子女同住的实际居住安排强化了老年人对与子女同住养老方式的认同,促进了老年人实际的与理想的养老方式的统一;但是,在促进老年人对与子女同住养老方式的认同方面,和睦的家庭关系及频繁的代际互动的作用有所减弱。基于此,本文提出,我国养老服务体系的建立、健全要有多层次、多样化、动态性、灵活性及家庭居住安排、代际关系新变化的考虑。
Based on the original data of Survey on the Living Conditions of the Elderly in Guangzhou in 1998,2008 and 2017,this paper focuses on the analysis of the time effect of the elderly's willingness to choose the patterns of old-age support and generally examines the changes and their influencing factors.The study shows that the elderly's willingness to choose the patterns of old-age support in Guangzhou has obvious characteristics of diversification and independence from 1998 to 2017,with a clear trend of returning to home-based elderly support,and the identity of self-supporting for the elderly has continued and increased significantly.At the same time,personal characteristics,health endowment,social-economic characteristics,living arrangements,family members and inter-generational relations all have significant effects on the elderly's willingness.In addition,as time going on,the actual living arrangement mode of living with children or grandchildren strengthens the elderly's recognition of living with children,which promotes the unity of the elderly's actual and ideal patterns of old-age support.However,the role of harmonious family relations and frequent inter-generational interaction in promoting the elderly's recognition of living with children has been weakened.Therefore,the establishment and improvement of China's old-age service system is suggested to be multi-level,diversified,dynamic,flexible with the consideration of new changes in family living arrangements and inter-generational relations.
