摘要 为识别基于参与式种植的老幼友好型社区花园关键要素,研究以北京地区的调查数据为对象,运用因子分析法和多元线性回归方程开展分析。结果表明,植物种类、种植空间形式、参与同伴选择和公共设施是老幼友好型社区花园营建的关键要素;老人、儿童所处的年龄阶段,老人隔代抚育的家庭责任,被调查者的种植需求是上述要素的影响因素。最后从参与式种植的植物选择与组织形式、种植空间形式与布局和社区花园功能布局提出策略,以期为高密度城区老幼友好型社区花园的建设提供参考。 In order to identify the key elements of an age-friendly and child-friendly community garden based on participatory planting,the study was carried out using factor analysis and multiple linear regression equations for the survey data in Beijing.The results show that plant species,planting space forms,participation companion selection and public facilities are the key elements in the construction of age-friendly and child-friendly community garden.The age stage of the elderly group and the child group,the family responsibility of the elderly group to take care of the grandchildren,and the planting and social needs of the respondents are the factors influencing the above factors.Finally,the corresponding design strategies are proposed from the aspects of participatory planting plants and organizational forms,planting forms and spatial layout,and the functional layout of community garden,with a view to provide reference for the construction of age-friendly and child-friendly community garden in high-density urban.
