摘要
目的:分析联合应用帕罗西汀、米氮平治疗产后抑郁症患者,对患者抑郁状况、睡眠质量的改善情况。方法:选取2017年2月至2019年8月德州市陵城区人民医院妇产科收治的产后抑郁症患者62例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组31例。对照组(心理治疗+帕罗西汀)与观察组(心理治疗+帕罗西汀+米氮平)对2组患者治疗效果进行比较分析。结果:接受治疗后,观察组患者平均EPDS评分与HAMD评分均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组PSQI评分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗有效率方面观察组明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:联合应用帕罗西汀、米氮平治疗产后抑郁症,能有效改善患者抑郁症状,提升患者睡眠质量,治疗效果显著,该治疗方案值得在临床治疗中推广应用。
Objective:To explore paroxetine and mirtazapine in patients with postpartum depression.Methods:A total of 62 cases of postpartum depression in the Department of our hospital were selected as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into control group and observation group,31 cases in each group.The control group revceived the psychotherapy combined paroxetine therapy,while the observation group revceived the psychotherapy combined paroxetine and mirtazapinetherapy,the treatment effect were compared and analyzed.Results:After treatment,the average EPDS score and HAMD score of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05),and the PSQI score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of paroxetine and mirtazapine in the treatment of postpartum depression can effectively improve the symptoms of depression,improve the sleep quality of patients,and the treatment effect is significant,which is worthy of promotion and application in clinical treatment.
