摘要
目的探讨帕罗西汀联合米氮平对产后抑郁症患者抑郁状况、睡眠质量及临床疗效的影响。方法选取医院2014年4月至2017年9月收治的产后抑郁症患者60例,按随机数字表法分为试验组与对照组,各30例。两组患者均接受心理治疗,在此基础上,对照组患者给予帕罗西汀,试验组患者给予帕罗西汀与米氮平,连续治疗6周。结果治疗后,两组患者汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、爱丁堡产后抑郁量表(EPDS)评分均显著降低,且试验组显著低于对照组(P <0. 05);治疗后,两组患者匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)评分均显著上升,且试验组显著高于对照组(P <0. 05);试验组总有效率为96. 67%,显著高于对照组的73. 33%(P <0. 05);两组患者不良反应发生率相当(16. 67%比23. 33%,P> 0. 05)。结论帕罗西汀联合米氮平治疗产后抑郁症,可明显缓解患者产后抑郁状况,提高睡眠质量和临床疗效,且不良反应较少,值得推广。
Objective To investigate the effect of paroxetine combined with mirtazapine on depression status, sleep quality and clinical efficacy in patients with postpartum depression. Methods Totally 60 patients with postpartum depression admitted to our hospital from April 2014 to September 2017 were selected and divided into the experimental group and the control group according to the random number table method,30 cases in each group. The two groups received psychotherapy,on this basis,the control group was given paroxefine,while the experimental group was given paroxetine and mirtazapine. The two groups were treated for 6 weeks. Results After treatment,the scores of HAMD and EPDS in the two groups were significantly decreased,and those of the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group（P 〈 0.05）. After treatment, the scores of PSQI in the two groups were significantly increased,and that in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group（P 〈 0.05）. The total effective rate of the experimental group was 96.67% ,which was significantly higher than 73.33% of the control group（P 〈 0.05）. The incidence rate of adverse reactions was similar between the two groups（16.67% vs. 23.33%, P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion Paroxetine combined with mirtazapine in the treatment of postpartum depression can significantly alleviate postpartum depression,improve sleep quality and clinical effect,it has fewer adverse reactions,which is worthy of promotion.
