摘要
采用Fe/C耦合H2O2+絮凝+气浮+水解酸化+A/O+BAF组合工艺对制药废水进行处理。调试运行结果表明,该组合工艺对制药废水处理效果显著,处理出水COD、BOD5、SS、氨氮、TP质量浓度分别≤95 mg/L、≤98 mg/L、≤10 mg/L、≤15 mg/L、≤0.5 mg/L,色度≤10倍,各水质指标均达到《化学合成类制药工业水污染物排放标准》(GB 21904-2008)标准和设计要求。
Pharmaceutical wastewater was treated by Fe/C microelectrolysis-hydrogen peroxide+flocculation+air floatation+hydrolysis acidification+anoxic/oxic+BAF combined process.The operation results showed that the combined process had high treatment efficiency.The effluent concentrations of COD,BOD5,SS,ammonia nitrogen,total phosphorus and chroma were below 95 mg/L,98 mg/L,10 mg/L,15 mg/L,0.5 mg/L,10 times.The water quality of effluent indicators could meet the Discharge standards of water pollutants for pharmaceutical industry Chemical synthesis products category(GB 21904-2008)and design requirement.
