摘要
为了使某区块油井压裂返排液处理达到回注标准,在分析其水质特征的基础上,采用破胶-Fe/C微电解-混凝沉降-压力过滤工艺进行了相关试验研究。结果表明:当破胶剂CN-08-1投加量为500 mg/L,破胶时间为4 h,体系pH值为7.0,Fe/C质量比为1∶1,体系pH为3.0,反应时间为40 min;混凝剂PAC投加量为300 mg/L,体系pH值为7.0,石英砂填料高度为1.2 m,进水流量为500 mL/min,0.2 MPa压力下,处理后污水的悬浮物含量由358 mg/L降为2 mg/L、含油量由192 mg/L降为3 mg/L、色度由128倍降为5倍、中值粒径由86.3μm降至1μm、腐蚀速率由0.2610 mm/a降至0.0250 mm/a,处理后水的pH值由7.01变为7.0,满足《碎屑岩油藏注水水质推荐指标及分析方法》(SY/T 5329—2012)回注要求。
In order to meet the reinjection standard for the treatment of the fracturing flow-back fluid in an block of oil well,on the basis of analyzing the water quality characteristics of the fracturing flow-back fluid,the process of gel breaking-Fe/C microelectrolysis-coagulation sedimentation-pressure filtration was adopted for related experimental research.The results showed that under the condition of breaker CN-08-1 dosage of 500mg/L,the breaker time of 4 h,the system pH of 7.0,the Fe/C mass ratio of 1∶1,the system pH of 3.0,and the reaction time of 40 min,PAC dosage of 300 mg/L and the system pH of 7.0,the filler height of quartz sand of 1.2 m,the inlet water flow rate of 500 mL/min,and the pressure of 0.2 MPa,the suspended solids content of the treated sewage was reduced from 358 mg/L to 2 mg/L,the oil content from 192 mg/L to 3 mg/L,the chroma from 128 times to 5 times,the median particle size from 86.3μm to 1μm,the corrosion rate from 0.2610 mm/a to 0.0250 mm/a,pH changed from 7.01 to 7.0,which could meet the reinjection requirements of the Water quality standard and practice for analysis of oilfield injecting waters in clastic reservoirs(SY/T 5329—2012).
