页岩油压裂返排液处理技术进展

摘要 随着页岩油地质特点的差异化与压裂液体系的变革,亟需低成本、高效的返排液回用处理技术。文章基于不同压裂液体系的油田返排液,对比分析了常规与非常规返排液的特征,明确严重影响页岩油返排液回用处理的关键污染特性是黏度大、悬浮物、油含量高。针对关键技术难题,分别探究了氧化破胶技术与混絮凝剂的研究进展,发现任何单一处理剂均难以解决其破胶、脱稳与分离难题,需要研发并优化复合功能型药剂,确保页岩油压裂返排液高效资源化处理,支撑页岩油规模化绿色开发。 Due to the differentiation of shale oil geological characteristics and the development of fracturing fluid systems,low-cost and high-efficiency reuse treatment technologies of flowback fluids are urgently needed.In this paper,based on flowback fluids of different fracturing fluid systerms,the characteristics of conventional and unconventional flowback fluids were compared and analyzed.It was found that the key pollution characteristics of the reuse treatment efficiencies of flowback fluids seriously affected were high viscosity,suspended solids and high oil content.In view of the key technical problems,research progresses in oxidative gel breaking techniques and coagulants were explored.The results found that any single treatment agent was difficult to solve the problems of gel breaking,destabilization and separation.It was necessary to develop and optimize a compound functional agent to ensure efficient resource treatment of shale oil flowback fluid and support large-scale green development of shale oil.
