摘要
某污水厂利用平流沉淀+人工快渗处理系统处理生活污水,该系统运行稳定,处理效果较好。进水COD、氨氮、TP质量浓度分别为55~248,19.6~31.1,1.11~2.96 mg/L,系统处理后出水质量浓度分别为0~40,0~3.17,0.09~0.32 mg/L均能稳定出水一级A标准。利用分子分析法对快渗池系统细菌群落结构研究,表明细菌OTU丰度富氧段高于缺氧段,而缺氧段较富氧段有更高的细菌多样性。填料中的Bacillus、Bifidobacterium、Lactobacillus和Nitrospira可能是整个系统中主要的COD和氨氮去除菌,缺氧段Brucella、Methylobacterium、Paracoccus可能是潜在的反硝化细菌。
Integrated advection sedimentation and CRI had been successfully applied for the treatment of sewage in treatment plant,the system ran stably and had good processing effect.The influent COD,ammonia nitrogen and TP concentration were in the range of 55-248,19.6-31.1,1.11-2.96 mg/L respectively,while the effluent concentration were in the range of 0-40,0-3.17,0.09-0.32 mg/L respectively after the treatment,and the effluent complied to the GB 8918—20021A charge standard.In addition,the bacteria community structure in the system was investigated through molecular analysis,and the results showed that oxygen-rich segment had higher bacterial abundance than anoxic segment,while the anoxic segment had higher bacterial diversity.Moreover,the results indicated that Bacillus,Bifidobacterium,Lactobacillus and Nitrospira could be responsible for the degradation of COD and ammonia nitrogen and Brucella,Methylobacterium and Paracoccus as potential denitrifying degraders.
