Modification of Polypropylene Wood-Plastic Composites with Maleic AnhydrideGrafted Ethylene-octene Copolymer

摘要 木塑复合材料(WPC)是一种新型的绿色环保复合材料,是木材的理想替代品。改善木粉与聚合物基体之间的界面相互作用是获得良好综合性能的关键。研究了木粉填充量、界面改性剂马来酸酐接枝乙烯-辛烯共聚物(POE-g-MAH)对聚丙烯/木粉复合材料性能的影响。研究结果表明:随着木粉填充量的增加,复合材料的熔体流动速率和力学性能均逐渐降低。添加POE-g-MAH之后,复合材料的熔体流动速率略有降低,拉伸性能和冲击性能有所提高。POE-g-MAH添加份数为7.5份时综合性能最优,比未加增容剂的聚丙烯木塑复合材料的拉伸强度和冲击强度分别提高了29%和65%。POE-g-MAH改性聚丙烯木塑复合材料的吸水率大幅下降。 Wood-plastic composite(WPC)is a new type of green and environmentally friendly composite material and an ideal substitute for wood.Improving the interface interaction between wood flour and polymer matrix is the key to obtaining good comprehensive performance.The effects of wood flour loading and interface modifier maleic anhydride grafted ethylene-octene copolymer(POE-g-MAH)on the properties of polypropylene/wood flour composites were studied.The research results showed that with the increase of wood flour filling,the processing performance and mechanical properties of the polypropylene/wood flour composites decreased.With the addition of POE-g-MAH,the melt flow rates of the composites were slightly reduced,but the tensile properties and impact properties were improved.The tensile strength and impact strength of polypropylene wood-plastic composites with 7.5 phr POE-g-MAH as compatibilizer increased by 29%and 65%,respectively.The water absorption rate of POE-g-MAH modified polypropylene wood-plastic composites were greatly reduced.
