聚丙烯木塑复合材料的阻燃改性研究 被引量:8

摘要 以硝酸镍和硝酸铝为主要原料,通过原位沉淀法在木粉(WF)表面构筑了层状双氢氧化物(LDH)阻燃层,获得WF@LDH。傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)和X射线衍射(XRD)确定了该阻燃包覆层的化学组成和结构。将WF@LDH用于制备聚丙烯(PP)基木塑复合材料(WPC),并进行了阻燃性能的测试。垂直燃烧(UL94)及极限氧指数(LOI)测试结果表明,WF@LDH虽然在垂直燃烧测试中没有显著改善WPC的自熄性,所有测试样品UL94等级均无法分级,但其LOI随着LDH的增加呈上述趋势。结果表明,LDH可通过原位沉积的方法表面改性WF,且能赋予WF填充的PP复合材料一定的阻燃性。 Layered double hydroxides(LDH)flame retardant was constructed at the surface of wood flour(WF)by in-situ precipitation with nickel nitrate and aluminum nitrate as the main raw materials,and the WF@LDH was obtained.The chemical composition and structure of the flame retardant coating were determined by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR)and X-ray diffraction(XRD).WF@LDH was used to prepare polypropylene-based wood plastic composite(WPC),and its flame retardancy was tested.The test results in vertical combustion(UL94)and limit oxygen index(LOI)show that there is no significant improvement in self-extinguishing property in vertical combustion test for WPC,but its LOI value increases with the increase of LDH.All the test results show that LDH can modify WF by in-situ precipitation and give WF filled PP composite flame retardancy.
