摘要
以含聚磷酸铵(APP)阻燃剂的木粉增强体制备复合材料,利用热重分析测试、塑料极限氧指数(LOI)测试、衰减全反射红外光谱分析、力学性能测试研究了阻燃改性复合材料对木粉/聚苯乙烯(WF/PS)复合材料的阻燃性能和力学性能的影响。结果表明:相比未改性的木粉/聚苯乙烯复合材料,用APP改性木粉/聚苯乙烯复合材料改善了木塑复合材料的耐热性和阻燃性。当添加5wt%~20wt%APP时,最大热损失速率由13.02%/min降低到11.63%/min,热降解性能提高;成炭率和塑料氧指数(LOI)提高,阻燃性能增强。但是与未添加APP的复合材料相比,添加20%APP时,抗弯强度由71.3 MPa降低到54.2 MPa,降低了24%;拉伸强度从35.3 MPa降低到24.8 MPa,降低了30%,由此可知,APP的加入使复合材料的力学性能降低。
A composite reinforced material was prepared using wood powder with ammonium polyphosphate(APP)flame retardant.Whether APP could improve the flame-retardancy and mechanical properties of the wood powder/polystyrene(WF/PS)composites were studied by thermogravimetric analysis,limiting oxygen index(LOI)test,attenuated total internal reflectance Fourier transform infrared spectrum analysis,and mechanical instrumental test.The results show that the APP-modified wood powder/polystyrene composite could improve the thermal degradation performance and flame retardancy of the wood-plastic composites compared with unmodified wood powder/polystyrene composites.When the content of 5wt%~20wt%APP was added,the maximum heat loss rate was reduced from 13.02%/min to 11.63%/min,and the thermal degradation performance was improved.The carbon formation rate and LOI value were increased,and the flame retardant performance was enhanced.However,compared with the composite without added APP,when adding 20%APP,the flexural strength decreased from 71.3 MPa to 54.2 MPa,or 24%drop.The tensile strength decreased from 35.3 MPa to 24.8 MPa,or 30%less.Thus,the addition of APP reduced the mechanical properties of the WF/PS composite.
