摘要
青年人远离工厂、逃离劳作已成为普遍的社会现象。唯市场论和唯经济论促就了劳动自觉的迷茫与迷失。重建青年劳动者的劳动自觉是建设美好生活的重要举措。倡导价值、尊重劳动和以文化人是重建劳动自觉的理念创新。改革分配制度、规范市场交易和创新文化建设是重建劳动自觉的实现路径。
In recent years,it has become a common social phenomenon for young people to stay away from the factory and work.Marketoriented and economic-oriented theory have led to the confusion and loss of labor consciousness.To this end,rebuilding young workers’labor consciousness is an important measure for building good life,and should be guided by innovative concepts:advocating value,respecting labor and nurturing people.The paths to rebuild labor consciousness is to reform distribution system,to standardize market transactions and to innovate cultural construction.
