摘要
目的:探讨吡格列酮二甲双胍片对初诊多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)患者性激素、代谢参数及炎症标记物的影响。方法:选取2019年1月至2019年12月于南昌大学第二附属医院内分泌代谢科门诊就诊的88例初诊PCOS患者,将患者随机分为两组,每组44例,分别接受吡格列酮二甲双胍片(15mg/500mg,2次/d)(研究组)和盐酸二甲双胍片(500mg,3次/d)(对照组)治疗,疗程均为12周。治疗前后比较患者的体重指数(BMI)、性激素、血糖、胰岛素、血脂、炎症标记物等水平。结果:治疗后研究组的口服葡萄糖耐量试验后2h血糖(2h PG)、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、甘油三脂(TG)、睾酮(T)、促黄体生成素与促卵泡刺激素比值(LH/FSH)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平明显下降(P<0.05),但与对照组相比无明显差异(P>0.05)。与对照组比较,研究组的空腹胰岛素(FINS)、HOMA-IR指数水平明显改善(P<0.05)。结论:与盐酸二甲双胍片相比,吡格列酮二甲双胍片治疗PCOS患者12周后,能更好地改善胰岛素抵抗水平。
Objective:To investigate the effects of pioglitazone hydrochloride metformin hydrochloride tablets on the treatment of sex hormones,metabolic parameters and inflammatory markers in patients with newly diagnosed polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS).Methods:From January 2019 to December 2019,88 patients with polycystic ovary syndrome were collected in the Department of Endocrinology and Metabolism of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University,and the subjects were divided into two groups according to the random number table.44 cases in each group received pioglitazone hydrochloride(15mg/500mg,twice daily)and metformin hydrochloride tablets(500mg,three times daily)for 12 weeks.Before and after treatment,the patients'body mass index,sex hormones,blood glucose,insulin,blood lipids,inflammation markers and other improvement levels were compared.Results:After treatment,the study group's oral glucose tolerance test 2h blood glucose(2h PG),total cholesterol(TC),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),triglyceride(TG),testosterone(T),luteinizing The ratio of hormone to follicle stimulating hormone(LH/FSH)and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)levels decreased significantly(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference compared with the control group(P>0.05).Compared with the control group,the fasting insulin(FINS)and HOMA-IR index levels of the study group were significantly improved(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with metformin hydrochloride tablets,after 12 weeks of pioglitazone hydrochloride and metformin hydrochloride tablets treatment,patients with PCOS can better improve insulin resistance.
