摘要
针对H公司(某燃机发电企业)人力资源管理现状中的不足,提出建立高绩效的新人力资源管理体系作为相应的解决办法与对策。新体系主要包括融合企业组织变革、企业人力资源规划、企业员工招聘与甄选、企业员工培训与发展、企业薪酬管理改革、企业绩效管理、企业员工关系等人力资源管理核心模块。研究后发现新体系对提升企业绩效具有重要的作用,可为今后全国新建燃机发电企业树立标杆和参照,进而实现企业的可持续发展。
In view of the deficiency of HR(human resource)management in H Company(a gas turbine power generation enterprise),a new high performance HR management system is proposed as the corresponding solutions and countermeasures.The new system mainly includes the core modules,such as organizational reform,HR planning,employee recruitment and selection,staff training and development,salary management reform,performance management and employee relationship.After the study,it is found that the new system plays an important role in improving the performance of enterprises,which can set a benchmark and reference for the new gas turbine power generation enterprises in China in the future,so as to realize the sustainable development of enterprises.
