摘要
以20CrMoH材质的精锻汽车差速器齿轮作为研究对象,针对空冷正火、等温退火、等温正火、锻造余热等温热处理四种预处理工艺方案进行试验。试验结果表明,等温正火和锻造余热等温热处理适合作为该材质温锻后的预处理工艺,而通过选择合适的入炉温度和等温温度,锻造余热等温热处理后的硬度和组织能达到与等温正火相当的水平,同时实现节能减排、环保增效的目的。
Taking the 20CrMoH precision forged differential gears as the research object,the tests were carried out under four kinds of pretreatment processes,including air cooling normalizing,isothermal annealing,isothermal normalizing and isothermal heat treatment with forging waste heat.The results show that isothermal normalizing and isothermal heat treatment with forging waste heat are suitable for the pretreatment of the material after warm forging.By selecting the appropriate temperature into furnace and isothermal temperature,the hardness and microstructure after isothermal heat treatment with forging waste heat can reach the equivalent level of isothermal normalizing,and realize the purpose of energy saving,emission reduction and environmental protection.
