Simulation of Gear Blank Forging Base on FEM and Its Process Modification

摘要 通过分析齿轮生产存在的缺陷,提出了增加镦粗工序的解决方法。利用有限元软件DEFORM-3D对齿轮坯的整个成形过程进行了模拟,并分析了成形过程中坯料的网格、模具载荷、模具应力的变化及分布。结果表明:增加镦粗工序后,锻件比原来工艺充型更良好,网格没有发生畸变,载荷、应力分布良好。这为以后的生产试制奠定了良好的理论基础。 Through analyzing the gear defects in production, the method of adding the upsetting step was proposed. The forming process of gear blanks was simulated by using finite element software DEFORM-3D. And change and distribution of the grid of blank the die load and the die stress in forming process were analyzed. The results show that: after increasing the upsetting process, filling forging is better than the original one, and the grid has no distortion, load and stress distribution are welt. This lays the theoretical foundation for the subsequent trial production.
