摘要
目的建立全链路食品安全监管云平台并应用于食品生产、经营、流通企业的监管。方法基于多服务质量(quality of service, QoS)约束服务选择优化算法构建全链路食品安全云监管平台,并依据不同使用场景和习惯,在固定互联网或移动互联网终端部署应用。结果基于全链路食品安全监管云平台,通过现代化计算机信息技术将监管单位、食品生产经营(含食品销售)企业和消费者统一管理,使食品安全从源头到终点形成一个全链条闭环,实现对食品安全产销进行追溯查证、过程追踪、风险预警和远程有效监管。结论本研究设计的全链路食品安全监管云平台有助于解决食品安全涉及供应链长、风险点多、数据信息碎片化、监管难度大等问题,可以提升监管效率和风控系数,切实强化食品安全全方面监督。
Objective To establish a full link food safety supervision cloud platform and apply it to the supervision of food production,operation and circulation enterprises.Methods Based on an optimal algorithm of multi QoS,a full-link food safety supervision cloud platform was constructed,and applications were deployed in fixed internet or mobile internet terminals according to different usage scenarios and habits.Results Based on a full-link food safety supervision cloud platform,the regulators,food production and operation(including food sales)enterprises and consumers could be managed in a unified way,so that food safety could form a full chain closed-loop from the source to the end,and realize retrospective verification,process tracking,risk early warning and remote effective supervision of food safety production and marketing.Conclusion The full-link food safety supervision cloud platform designed in this study is helpful to solve the problems of food safety,such as long supply chain,many risk points,fragmented data and information,and difficult supervision.It can improve the supervision efficiency and risk control coefficient,and effectively strengthen the supervision of food safety in all aspects.
