基于信息共享的食品可追溯系统研究

摘要 政府、企业、消费者之间的信息不对称是引发食品安全问题的重要原因之一,建立基于信息共享的食品可追溯系统能够在一定程度上解决信息不对称问题,提高食品质量安全水平,明确相关部门责任。本文从食品可追溯系统的含义、特征、分类、应用等方面分析了食品可追溯系统的基本状况,研究了基于信息共享的食品可追溯系统的构架和技术支持体系,并探讨了其实施效果,为我国食品可追溯系统的完善与推广提供了思路。 Asymmetry among the government,enterprises and consumers is one of the important reasons that arouse food safety problems. Building Food Traceable System on the basis of information sharing can settle the problem of asymmetry to some extent,improve the level of food safety and clarify the responsibility of related departments. The paper analyzes the basic situations of Food Traceable System from the aspects of signification,characteristics, classification and application,studies the frame and technological supporting system of Food Traceable System on the basis of information sharing and discusses the effects of implementation,which provides new thoughts for the improvement and popularization of Food Traceable System in our country.
