摘要
分析了基于PLC技术控制系统的猴车安全保护设备的设计。在该设计中,为了避免猴车运行过程中出现中止工作、停止运转等问题,针对猴车安全保护设备增添了数种安全保护功能,并明晰了猴车安全保护装置的理想安装位置,以确保猴车在矿井工作中能够持续化、高效能运行,提升猴车的安全性能。
Based on the control system of PLC technology, this paper discusses and analyzes the safety protection equipment of monkey car. In order to avoid the problems of stopping work and stopping operation during the operation of monkey car, several safety protection functions are added to the safety protection equipment of monkey car. The ideal installation position of the safety protection device of the monkey car is clarified to ensure that the monkey car can run continuously and efficiently in the mine work, and the safety performance of the monkey car is improved.
