摘要
架空乘人装置的安全高效运转离不开其全面有效的保护系统,针对架空乘人装置的电控安全保护系统,进行了PLC控制系统设计,主要包括隔爆兼本安型电器控制箱、相关的机械构件、相应的信号处理器及传感器、所需要的井下辅运操控台、以及相应的电气线路等。同时进行了传感器及保护装置的设计,有效实现了架空乘人装置速度保护、重锤下限位保护、上变坡点掉绳保护、全程急停保护等功能。
The safe and efficient operation of aerial mancar is inseparable from its comprehensive and effective protection system. Designing the PLC control system for the electronically controlled safety protection system of the aerial mancar,including flameproof and intrinsically safe electrical appliances. control box,related mechanical components,corresponding signal processors and sensors,required downhole auxiliary control consoles, and corresponding electrical lines. At the same time, the design of sensors and protection devices were carried out,which effectively achieved the functions of aerial mancar speed protection, lower weight limit protection, off-slope protection of the upper slope change point, and fulltime emergency stop protection.
