架空乘人装置安全监控系统研究

摘要 研究了架空乘人装置安全监控系统,并对系统中PLC、变频器等关键设备进行选型,设计了运行控制流程;分析了安全监控系统具备的越位保护、断绳及掉绳保护以及打滑保护等各项安全保护功能及保护原理。该系统可降低架空乘人装置运行能耗并实现运行监测,提高运行安全保障能力。 The safety monitoring system of the overhead travelling device is studied,and the key equipment such as PLC and frequency converter are selected and the operation control process is designed;the safety monitoring system is analyzed to have various safety protection functions and protection principles such as overrun protection,rope breakage and rope drop protection and slip protection,etc.The system can reduce the energy consumption of the overhead travelling device and realize the operation monitoring in order to improve the operation safety and security.The system can reduce the energy consumption of the overhead passenger device and enable the monitoring of the operation in order to improve the safety and security of the operation.
