摘要
从轴承受力、润滑情况、安装误差、油脂更换等多个角度对煤矿常用的防爆对旋轴流式通风机的故障原因进行了详细分析。结合煤矿生产实际和现场环境,本着安全高效、经济合理的原则,提出了详细的改造方案,对于方案中的轴承的选型进行了计算论证,对轴承的润滑方式进行了改进,利用稀油强迫润滑增强轴承的润滑效果,同时避免了防爆轴流风机利用长管更换油脂所带来的问题。此外,对方案的现场实施及注意事项进行了简述。
From the aspects of bearing force,lubrication,installation error and grease replacement,the failure causes of the commonly used explosion-proof counter rotating axial-flow fan in coal mine were analyzed in detail.Combined with the actual production and site environment of coal mine,based on the principle of safety,efficiency,economy and rationality,a detailed transformation scheme was proposed.The type selection of bearing was calculated and demonstrated,and the lubrication mode of bearing was improved.The lubrication effect of bearing was increased by using thin oil forced lubrication,and the problems caused by using long pipe to replace grease in explosion-proof axial flow fan were avoided.In addition,the on-site implementation of the scheme and precautions were briefly described.
