摘要 以矿用对旋风水联动除尘器为研究对象,针对当前除尘效率低的问题,运用逆向工程建立叶片三维模型,再改变一、二级叶片个数和轴向间隙,应用计算流体力学软件CFX,对除尘器进行三维流场数值模拟,通过分析集流器入口压力和风量,确定了最佳叶片组合下的参数和轴向间隙,有效提高了除尘器的工作效率,降低了能源消耗。 Taking the mine contra-rotating aerodynamic and hydrodynamic dust collector as the research object,aiming at the current low dust removal efficiency,used the reverse engineering to establish blade three-dimensional model.Then changed the first and secondary blades number and axial clearance.Used computational fluid dynamics software CFX,the three-dimensional flow field simulation value of the dust collector was carried out.By analyzing the current collector inlet pressure and air volume,the parameters under the optimal blade combination and axial clearance were determined.Effectively improves the working efficiency of the dust collector and reduces the energy consumption.
