某矿山崩落法和充填法联合开采采场地压分析 被引量:2

摘要 某矿山采用无底柱分段崩落法和充填法联合开采。研究两种方法同时开采时采场地压的变化及采场稳定性问题,运用FLAC 3D数值模拟技术对该矿山采场地压的演化规律进行模拟研究并利用微震监测技术验证模拟结果。研究表明,该矿山上部矿体随着无底柱分段崩落法的进行,下部胶结充填体的稳定性得到显著提高,下部充填采场矿柱受力整体呈下降趋势,且无底柱分段崩落法开采结束后,下部充填采场矿柱的垂直应力下降了约35%。由此可见采用无底柱分段崩落法开采能有效缓解下部充填采场的地压,有利于提高采场的稳定性。 Sublevel caving method without bottom column and filling method were used for mining in a mine.This paper studied the change of stope ground pressure and stope stability when two mining methods were used simultaneously.FLAC 3D numerical simulation technology was used to simulate the evolution law of stope ground pressure in this mine,and microseismic monitoring technology was used to verify the simulation results.The results showed that with the development of sublevel caving method,the stability of the lower consolidated backfill was significantly improved,and the force on the lower stope pillar was on the decline.After the mining of sublevel caving method,the vertical stress of the lower stope pillar decreased by about 35%.Thus,it was proved that the mining method of sublevel caving without bottom column can effectively relieve the ground pressure in the lower filling stope and is conducive to improving the stability of stope.
