摘要
目的研究风险防控及细节管理在妇产科护理管理中的应用效果。方法选取在2018年1—11月来该院就诊的46例妇产科患者为研究对象,设为观察组和对照组,每组23例。对照组:常规护理管理;观察组:在常规护理管理的基础上加强风险防控及细节管理。结果观察组患者的护理满意度95.65%与对照组82.61%相比较高,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=7.572,P=0.032<0.05)。结论风险防控及细节管理应用在妇产科护理管理中,提高了护理满意度,值得在临床中应用。
Objective To study the effect of risk prevention and control and detail management in nursing management of obstetrics and gynecology.Methods Forty-six obstetrics and gynecology patients who came to the hospital from January to November 2018 were selected as the research objects,and set as observation group and control group,with 23 cases in each group.Control group:routine nursing management;observation group:strengthening risk prevention and control and detailed management on the basis of routine nursing management.Results The nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group was 95.65%compared with 82.61%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=7.572,P=0.032<0.05).Conclusion The application of risk prevention and control and detailed management in the nursing management of obstetrics and gynecology improves nursing satisfaction and is worthy of clinical application.
