摘要
通过制定可行的风险管控职责清单、风险辨识及分类管理、排查治理持续改进、闭环管理、安全文化全员参与、应急反应能力提升等举措,得出建立安全生产风险管控体系可进一步提高医院防范和应对突发事件的能力。
Through measures like making a feasible risk management responsibility list,risk identification and classification management,check and deal with the problems to improve continuously,closed-loop management,safety culture anticipated by everyone,emergency response capability improvement;it comes a conclusion that by establishing safety production risk management system,the hospitals may improve the ability of preventing and responding to emergencies.
