分析动态管理与绩效管理在产科护理中的应用效果

摘要 目的分析动态管理与绩效管理在产科护理中的应用效果。方法选取2023年1—12月平邑县人民医院产科的15名在职护士为研究对象。按管理模式的不同分为两组,2023年1—6月实施常规管理方案,为对照组;2023年7—12月实施动态管理+绩效管理方案,为观察组。两组护士为同一批工作人员。比较不同管理方式下的护理管理质量评分及护理管理质量总评分、护士职业倦怠感、管理满意度评分。结果观察组专科知识、文书写作、基础护理、整体护理评分及护理管理质量总评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组情绪疲溃感评分为(2.34±0.32)分、工作冷漠感评分为(2.21±0.52)分、个人工作无成就感评分为(2.04±0.24)分,均低于对照组的(3.12±0.46)分、(3.42±0.21)分、(3.31±0.52)分,差异有统计学意义(t=5.391、8.356、8.588,P均<0.05)。观察组工作强度、薪资待遇、学习机会以及总满意度评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论动态管理+绩效管理方案对产科护理管理而言能够提升护理质量,改善护士职业倦怠感,管理满意度较高,具有较高的临床应用价值。 Objective To analyze the application effect of dynamic management and performance management in ob-stetric nursing.Methods From January to December 2023,a total of 15 on-the-job nurses in the Department of Ob-stetrics of the People's Hospital of Pingyi County were selected as the research objects.According to the different management modes,they were divided into two groups.From January to June 2023,routine management program was implemented as the control group.From July to December 2023,the dynamic management+performance management program was implemented as the observation group.The two groups of nursing staff were the same staff.The scores of nursing management quality and total score of nursing management quality,nurses'job burnout,and management sat-isfaction were compared under different management methods.Results The scores of specialized knowledge,docu-ment writing,basic nursing,holistic nursing and total score of nursing management quality in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The observa-tion group had emotional exhaustion score was 2.34±0.32,job indifference score was 2.21±0.52,and lack of personal accomplishment score was 2.04±0.24,which were lower than 3.12±0.46,3.42±0.21 and 3.31±0.52 in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=5.391,8.356,8.588,all P<0.05).The scores of work inten-sity,salary,learning opportunities and total satisfaction in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The dynamic management+perfor-mance management program can improve the management quality for obstetric nursing,and improve the job burnout of nurses.The management satisfaction is high and has high clinical application value.
