摘要
随着我国高值农产品消费数量和品种的逐年增加,高值农产品的造假掺假问题日益突出。经济利益驱动型掺假对市场、产业和经济都造成了重大损失。目前国内外现行标准中农产品真伪鉴别所采用的技术主要为分子生物学检测方法,本文就高值农产品鉴伪技术中分子生物学方法的研究进展进行了论述。
With the consumption increase in the quantity and varieties of high-value agricultural products in China,the EMA problem of high-value agricultural products has become increasingly prominent.EMA(economically motivated adulteration)has caused great losses to the market,industry and economy.At present,the main technology used in the identification of agricultural products in the current standards is molecular method.This paper discusses the research and progress of molecular methods for the identification of high-value agricultural products.
